Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on                                                              
June 9 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                                 
Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE BILL NO. 55 "An Act relating to employer                                                                       
          contributions to the Public Employees' Retirement                                                                     
          System of Alaska; and providing for an effective
